He started small—roasting in his garage, giving away bags to friends and neighbors, and sharing his passion with anyone curious enough to try. Over time, that ritual grew into a movement. He began selling locally and supplying coffee to nearby merchants who valued quality, transparency, and community.

The name Solvea carries layered meaning. It evokes sol (sun) and vita (life)—a symbol of warmth, clarity, and vitality. But it also reflects the idea of solving through ritual: how a morning cup can bring focus, comfort, and connection. It’s a name that honors both the energy of the sun and the grounding power of daily intention.
