Environmentally friendly washed processing and sun dried. This coffee is both partial sun and full sun grown at high mountain elevations.

The flavor’s well-balanced, and I appreciate how fresh it tastes right out of the bag. Not the most memorable roast I’ve ever had, but solid and dependable. Would gladly refill.
